This is a list of 20 swimming pools in Delhi NCR, grouped by the kind of place that runs them. Use it to make a shortlist, then check each pool page before you go.

Fees and hours are not listed here. They change often, and many pools publish them only at the counter. Each pool's Roundhouse page shows the current fee and lap-swim hours where a source exists, and says "Not confirmed" where one does not. The length and lane counts below match the directory on 2 November 2026. Where no source backs a figure, the table says "Not confirmed".

You can also browse and filter every listed pool in the pools directory.

What to check before you join

  1. Length and lanes. A 50 m pool suits long continuous sets. A 25 m pool is enough for most lap swimming. Confirm the length on the pool page or with the venue. Hotel pools in particular often do not publish their length.
  2. Lap-swim hours, not opening hours. Many pools reserve lanes for coaching batches. Ask when lanes are open for independent lap swimming.
  3. Season and heating. Ask whether the pool runs through winter and whether it is heated. Heating status in this list is not guaranteed. Check the pool page or ask the venue.
  4. Membership process. Public complexes may require a membership form, a medical certificate and slot booking. Check the operator's official page. For DDA complexes, start at dda.gov.in/sports. DDA's own rules say entry to the Siri Fort and Saket pools is for members holding a valid swimming pass, with guests allowed only alongside a member (Siri Fort rules, Saket rules), and DDA lists the Yamuna pool application as for members only. At CWG, DDA's complex brochure keeps weekends, holidays and weekday prime time (6 to 9 AM and 6 to 9 PM) for members, and says non-members may be considered at other times, subject to availability.
  5. Fees and refund terms. Use the current fee on the pool page and ask about registration charges and refunds before paying.
  6. Distance. A pool you can reach easily is one you are more likely to keep using. This is editorial advice, not a measured finding.

Correction, 18 October 2026: This article no longer quotes May 2026 fees, day-pass prices or lap hours, and no longer calls pools "world-class", "Olympic-standard", "the best deal" or "the best heated pool". Those details were not sourced per pool or dated. The earlier version also described Pacific Sports Complex as heated; the directory records it as not heated. Check with the venue.

Correction, 2 November 2026: Lane counts for Siri Fort, Saket, Yamuna, CWG, Ramagya, Khazan Singh, Perfect Sports, Dolphin, Indian Aquatic Academy, Energy Gym and Joon Sports, and lengths for Saket, Khazan Singh, Perfect Sports and Dolphin, are now "Not confirmed" because no source backed them. Ramagya is now listed as 25 m, not 50 m: LBB gives 25 m, and the venue calls its pool semi-Olympic. Access notes for the DDA pools now follow DDA's pool rules. The directory now records Pacific Sports Complex's heating as not confirmed.
