- Who is eligible
- Senior 18+; youth categories A–D, below 11 to 17+. Separate men's and women's weight classes. Athletes must be registered members of an affiliated club or organization, per the organizer's site.
- Age and weight divisions
- Published senior male limits: 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 77, 83 and 94 kg, plus above 94 kg; senior female limits: 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 and 77 kg, plus above 77 kg. Junior and youth tables are on the source page; confirm your exact division.
- Entry fee
- ₹4,500 + GST per athlete, as published. Blood testing ₹1,500 per person, mandatory, done only by the YRL Medical Team at the venue. Weight-miss fine ₹2,000, as published.
- Medical checks and documents required
- Medical fitness certificate from a registered doctor within 7 days of the event, plus a medical re-check at weigh-ins. ID, consent form and medical fitness certificate required; parental consent for minors. Mandatory weigh-ins (21 November 2026, per organizer) and blood test.
- Ruleset
- 3 judges, 10-point must system. Senior men 3×3 minutes; women and junior men 3×2 minutes. No heel hooks for amateurs. Headbutts, groin strikes, eye pokes and strikes to the back of the head are illegal, per organizer.
