This is the Rohini Sector 7 branch in the basement of E-3/2, DDA Market. MMA FitZone, founded by Sensei Abhishek Bisht with pro fighter Shikha Chauhan coaching, teaches MMA covering boxing, Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu and wrestling, plus kids classes for ages 5 to 14 and self-defence. Classes run 6 to 11 AM and 4 to 9 PM, and a free trial is offered.
